The development of law, and with it the practice thereof, follows the development of society. Misdemeanor law, as a branch of law, has experienced the largest expansion in the last decade, taking into account 283 legal acts and regulations that are applied in the misdemeanor process. This also includes the plethora of sub-branches that misdemeanor law consists of.Based on the aforementioned, and especially taking into account the presence of the contemporary man in the misdemeanor procedure as well as my personal affinity with the same, I have decided to pursue a specialization in this area of law.
